Fun Time Wasting Article Of The Day, Where the Very Rich Like to Travel in the Caribbean

Drinking a Pina Colada on Grace Bay Beach

Saw this article on Bloomberg Business titled Here’s Where the Very Rich Like to Travel in the Caribbean.  Don’t know if I agree with their definition of “very wealthy Americans” described as the top 1% being those with annual income above $400,000 or a net worth above $8 million and the top 5% being those earning at least $200,000 per year or having $2 million but maybe that’s because in California those numbers are more like upper middle class.  We’re planning on traveling to the Bahamas this year so I was happy to see the Bahamas was number 1 on the list.  I love to travel and I definitely budget around $5000 a year for one nice vacation.  I highly recommend Turks and Caicos, Providenciales, if you’re also thinking about taking a Caribbean vacation.  The Grace Bay Beach was voted the number #2 beach in the world by Trip Advisor for 2015 but it’s not cheap to visit so start saving your dollars now.
